Baja Real Hotel Boutique

This is a review for the restaurant/cafe that is part of the hotel. The coffee is extremely good. The food is excellent and comes with friendly service. We will be coming back again. It is handy since they are almost neighbors.

Good experience; comfortable and practical in terms of the area, I did not like the hygiene: there were small dead cockroaches to make exactly 2 in the bathroom and 2 still on the side of the beds; Well, I hope you pay more attention to that aspect. The administrators are very attentive. Thank you

For work, a simple but economical place, the billing was always done in a timely manner, the attention of the staff was always very friendly, 10 minutes walking from the boardwalk, very good service. The HotDogs that are placed in front of the hotel are 10/10 Recommended ;)

Don't go to this horrible place. The rooms are super uncomfortable, the mattresses, the sheets, the pillows, everything is of terrible quality. Imagine that when I wanted to go to the bathroom at 2 in the morning, I found that they didn't leave us any toilet paper, and when I went out to ask for it (obviously annoyed) the receptionist opened all the rooms looking, and in the end he told me "what a pity but there is no "and I'm like... what???? In the end, so that I wouldn't yell at him, he went into his bathroom and gave me half a roll saying that was all he had... They also don't have napkins, soap, or shampoo, he even told me that the manager and the people who manage don't buy from them either. chemicals to clean, so they cannot clean the rooms properly, nor wash sheets with the appropriate... They had already charged 1,200 pesos for one night, along with the time, so we could no longer cancel. Don't stay here. No one deserves to receive this treatment. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There are hostels a hundred times better than this dirty and ugly little hotel.

A very nice place, very comfortable, very accessible and in few places in the country they serve you eagerly and in this hostel they serve you 24 hours a day with all the respect deserved. very comfortable and very friendly, thank you very much for your services. I will see you soon.
